“My therapist focused on my neck and shoulder to relieve pain that I had been having for months. The experience itself was fairly new for me, and the therapist communicated about my comfort level throughout. The actual massage itself might have even put me to sleep once (or twice). Since the massage ended, I have yet to experience the same pain, and I have been stretching regularly as recommended by both my doctor and my massage therapist. I’m so happy with this service and booked another in a little over a month.”

I left sore, but throughout the day I noticed there was no achy feeling. I will definintely continue going for maintenance as I know this helps. I can honestly say I have no pain this morning. I came because they were offering free massages for federal employees because of the shutdown and now I feel like I have been reborn from the ashes. "BEST MASSAGE EVER! I was experiencing a lot of stress and needed to relax but also had lower back pain that was shooting pain down my left leg. I explained this and we came up with a game plan for my massage. Not only was the massage incredibly relaxing, it worked out a lot of my tension and helped the pain in my leg so much! I went in about a 5 and left a 1. For the first time in months I slept through the night that night, experiencing no pain. Now, 2 days later, my pain is still only a 1-2. She was able to maintain the pressure I liked for the entire massage. They were kind, genuine, and have the most amazing massage skills ever. I'll be going back for sure.
